Late Cancellations

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. It doesnt give me enough time with my clients busy schedule to fill.  You must pay before you can rebook.  10 min late you will have a $30 late fee.  Mandatory!  I will go in and cancel after 15min.  and you will have to pay the 50 % before your able to rebook for another day. At our Hair Stylist, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Extraordinary Locks by Yushawn experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. 

Sisterlocks Policy


All Services are made by appointment only


Your scheduled appointment time is for you and you alone.  I cannot double book that time slot to make up for a cancelled appointment so please keep a few things in mind as we respect each other’s time:

  • Please be on time for your scheduled appointment


  • For Sisterlock and Interlock maintenance and installation appointments, cancellations or rescheduling requires a 24 hour advance notice.


  • For Sisterlock and Interlock installations, a non-refundable deposit is required ($200 will be non refundable) total deposit will be discussed at consultation, non-transferable deposit is required when scheduling your appointment.


 


Payment

  • At this time, we only accept cash, debit, and Zelle as payment.  No exceptions.  You have to use a card to book a appointment.  No call about it.  Please!


  • Fees will be discussed during your consultation.  For new clients with existing Sisterlocks or Interlocks, fees will be discussed at the beginning of your  appointment.  Please see

*Prices vary based on density, texture and length of hair.  Payment is required upon completion of same-day services. For services requiring multiple days (i.e. Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks), the balance is to be paid in two payments: half on the first day and the remaining half upon arrival of the 2nd day.

Don’t forget

  • Hair must be clean and shampooed 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment


  • Children may accompany mother for short appointments only if well behaved( I MEAN IT,  NOT YOUR IDEA OF WELL BEHAVED.  IF AT ANYTIME SOMEONE HAS TOLD YOU YOUR CHILD IS BAD,  MAY MEAN THAT FROM MY PERSPECTIVE AS WELL). 


  • Wear you mask.


  • Wash your hands upon arrival.


  • Voicemail and text are checked twice  a week!  Text are quicker.
